With this program, the client is able to access comprehensive care at any time of the day. The caregiver/nurse lives with the client and provides services like:

• AM and PM care
• Assistance in going up and down the stairs
• Monitoring diet and meal preparation
• Transportation to and from medical appointments
• Helping the client get dressed
• Personal hygiene assistance
• Help with bathing and showering
• Medication monitoring and reminders
• Assistance with toileting
